3.2 Accurate Information

When registering with 57vapp, you must provide complete and accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 57vapp is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 57vapp login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. E-wallet withdrawals via GCash or Maya are typically completed within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that were previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your own name.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

5. Betting Rules

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market

11.2 Closure by 57vapp

57vapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or abuse of promotional offers.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. 57vapp will communicate the reason for account closure to the extent permissible by law.
